    Dear colleagues What is the difference between a Transformation Change Manager and a Transformation Programme Manager?  At St Mungo’s, the difference is that one of these new roles is overpaid (£59,000pa), while the other is more overpaid (£70,000pa).  Are these managers going to be changing transformations or transforming changes?
