The headline rate of inflation is 7.8%. The REAL rate of inflation is higher! Who in their right mind would think 1.75% is an appropriate pay offer for essential workers?
For those who remember the fiasco of 2019, we cannot go through that again. The stakes are too high. We need serious and dedicated leadership.

A convenor should not be full-time. UNITE members need leadership from people who are working on the front-line and experiencing the same concerns as rank and file members. Both of us will continue to work part of each week in our regular jobs, if we are elected.
The attached document has a poster on one side and our election statement on the other. Could you print out the poster side and display it in your workplace?
Please vote to expand the membership and increase our bargaining power. Vote for better representation and a broad range of information for our members. For a convenor and deputy who will always be listening to your concerns and acting on them.
